It's time for a decision: Europe or isolation

Today we mark the 75th anniversary of the publication of the Schuman Declaration, the foundation of the European Union. This date reminds us that peace, cooperation, and solidarity are the only true answers to the tragedies of the last century and the challenges of the modern world.
We welcome Europe Day with optimism. The visit of Commissioner Marta Kos to Belgrade and the adoption of Tonino Picula’s report in the European Parliament have given new momentum to the dialogue between Serbia and the EU. Europe has finally spoken clearly about the problems the Serbian government has concealed for years: the collapse of institutions, authoritarianism, and a misguided European course.
At the same time, Vučić is attending the Victory Parade in Moscow. The consequences of this visit will not be borne by him, but by all citizens of Serbia—through economic losses, political isolation, and a slowdown of European integration. Serbia is not expected to join the EU before 2029. The opening of Cluster 3 is uncertain, and the disbursement of €111 million in assistance is in question due to the country’s stance toward Russia, the lack of reforms, and the deep political crisis within Serbia.
The regime has been deceiving us for more than a decade. Its alleged commitment to the European path is one of the greatest political frauds in recent Serbian history.
Calling extraordinary elections is the only path toward freedom, democracy, and justice.
