Are you out of your mind?

Aleksandar Vučić’s statement publicly begging the U.S. administration not to impose secondary sanctions on Serbia due to the National Bank of Serbia’s dealings with Russia’s NIS is an open admission that the state no longer controls its own energy sector, financial system, or—least of all—its own decisions.
While the president of the country is addressing the United States as a political beggar, Serbia is sliding into the danger of a complete collapse of its economic system due to Vučić’s fear of Putin, with financial flows, exports, imports, production, pensions, and more grinding to a halt.
Instead of taking responsibility and immediately nationalizing NIS and imposing sanctions on Russia, which has demonstrated a brutal, colonial attitude toward Serbia, Vučić and the Serbian government are signing a capitulation to the Russian energy and intelligence occupier.
Although we already know the answer, it is time to ask:
Are you out of your mind?!
